The text, images and layout on this site belong to Luxedeboutique and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Any third-party brand names remain the trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.

• We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but screens vary — colour and scale may differ slightly in person.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Listed prices and discounts can change without notice. The price we confirm to you on WhatsApp is the price that applies to your order.
• Listing a piece is not a guarantee it's in stock. Availability is confirmed when we reply to your enquiry.

Where an obvious pricing error appears, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Orders are placed over WhatsApp. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing, not when you send an enquiry. We may decline an order — for example where a piece has sold, where we can't verify the delivery details, or where an order looks fraudulent.

Payment in full is required before dispatch. We accept UPI, cards and bank transfer. Your piece remains ours until payment has cleared.

Our jewellery is designer-inspired fashion jewellery. It is not manufactured, endorsed by, affiliated with or sold on behalf of any luxury house, and we do not represent it as such. Any resemblance to a well-known design is stylistic; all trademarks referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Materials are described accurately on every product page — gold-finished, nickel-free base metal with natural stone inlay. If a description is ever unclear, ask us before you buy.

Delivery and returns are governed by our shipping policy and return policy, which form part of these terms.

Jewellery is worn daily and will show wear over time. Our guarantee covers the piece being made of what we said it was. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, prolonged water or perfume exposure, or work done by a third-party jeweller.

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
