Returns & Exchanges

• 7 days from delivery to raise a return or exchange.
• The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping and you choose a replacement or a full refund.

• Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the piece.
• We confirm eligibility and send you a return address and instructions.
• Ship it back insured and tracked, in its original packaging.
• Once it arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned piece passing inspection. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Where a return is a change of mind rather than a fault, original and return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

• Engraved, resized or otherwise customised pieces.
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• Pieces that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by a third party.
• Returns raised more than 7 days after delivery.

None of this limits your rights where a piece is genuinely faulty or not as described.

Complimentary resizing is available on rings within 30 days of delivery — you cover shipping one way. For an exchange, follow the return steps above and tell us what you'd like instead; we'll hold the replacement for you while the original is in transit.

Don't accept a parcel that arrives damaged or tampered with. Photograph it, refuse the delivery, and message us the same day — every shipment is insured, so this costs you nothing. More detail in our shipping policy.
