Shipping & Delivery

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
• Pieces sourced to order take longer — we confirm an exact timeline on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Engraving, resizing or custom finishing adds roughly 3–5 business days.

• Within India: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
• Remote pin codes and rural routes may add a few days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timeline is in their hands — but we chase it with you if it stalls.

Every shipment is fully insured for its purchase value and requires a signature on delivery. You'll receive a tracking number over WhatsApp on the day your order leaves us.

We record a video of your piece being packed. If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, do not accept it — photograph it, refuse the delivery, and message us immediately.

• Shipping within India is complimentary on all orders.
• International shipping is quoted per destination and confirmed before payment.
• Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Please double-check the delivery address you send us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to sign, we'll re-ship at cost. If you spot a mistake before dispatch, message us and we'll correct it at no charge.

If your order hasn't moved for more than five business days, or hasn't arrived within the estimate above, message us on WhatsApp and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it or refund you in full — see our return policy.
