Privacy Policy

• What you send us on WhatsApp — your name, phone number and the content of your messages.
• Delivery details you give us: shipping address, alternate contact number, any delivery instructions.
• Order records: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
• Basic, aggregated site analytics such as page views and device type. This is not tied to your identity.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. Payments are handled by your bank or payment provider, and those details never reach us.

• To answer your enquiry and process, pack and ship your order.
• To handle returns, exchanges, resizing and warranty questions.
• To keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
• To send you order updates. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Only the parties who need it to complete your order: shipping carriers (name, address, phone number) and payment processors (transaction amount and reference). We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, ever.

WhatsApp conversations are carried over WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to their privacy terms as well as ours.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. WhatsApp conversations are kept while they're useful for supporting you, and cleared on request unless tied to an order record we're obliged to retain.

This site uses only what it needs to function and to count visits in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data, and we will, except where we're legally required to keep it.
• Ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
